So I obviously have tried looking up different methods of getting a VPN and such, I dont have access to an ethernet cable (nor do I have money to buy one atm, which crosses off bridging the ps3 connection to my pc) and I was wondering if theres any PKG style vpn for a cfw ps3? Or if not what other methods are there to hide my IP on ps3?

Never heard of a PKG method to hide IP's, only method i am aware of is bridging, i tried many VPNs, however they all change my NAT type to moderate which caused many of my friends issues joinng my lobbies/party, also i had issues hosting and finding games.

Few of my friends use there mobile phones as modems as alternative to keep there home IP's from being booted.

An Ethernet cable usually would come free of charge with an ISP issues router/modem, or a cheapy can cost about $2.

However, I have to put up with the kids who use my VPN service and wanna do the same as you without an Ethernet cable.

On Windows 10, you can turn your PC in a Hotspot (much like iOS), as long as you have a WiFi card in your machine. Turn it on and share you VPN adapter to the Hotspot. Connect to the Hotspot on your PS3 and volla

It's been a minute since I've made this post haha. I currently do this method (also called bridging) with a VPN called SpyProof, keeps my NAT open and I 4 bar every game as long as the server isn't slow that I'm connected to. Thank you for the reply though
