How to install?
Steam
Select Steam Workshop under Download.

No Steam
- Download the file .rar file.
- Unzip the .rar file.
- Place the folder from the .rar file in: Call of Duty Black Ops III\usermaps
- Start the game and select the map from the map menu in the zombie mode

EDIT: By the way, I don't think it will, with your game version.

If it works in that version of call of duty, you have to do these steps:
1- Download the file rar file.
2- Unzip the rar file.
3- Create the folder called usermaps.
4-Place the folder from the .rar file in: Call of Duty Black Ops III\usermaps
5-Start the game.

The mega download works fine for me, but then the .rar is corrupted
