Answered Custom Maps crash when loading BO3-RELOADED

I downloaded the game for free through RELOADED. I followed the instructions to download the custom maps from this site and am able to select the map in my map menu in zombies but when I load the map i get this error and the game closes. I can't clear my steam system cache because its not a steam game. (Image is the error received when map attempts to load)
