It's simple all u have to do is create a same folder in game directory which doesn't exist after that it will work believe me

What do you mean the same folder maps folder do you mean? I'm still having the Impossible to connect error and I have a modded Xbox and neighborhood will connect. Also no mod tools will connect.

No, the _clientid.gsc is the GSC file. It's an file. However what are you trying to install and on which system? I can help you.
