First Download The Package from Download Link then extract it ok then extract the LibertyV rar archive inside the first extracted folder go in the LibertyV folder open the LibertyV.exe when open Open Button browse your old Update.rpf then search the modmanger.csc or that what you have named and other scripts then make it maker it and export it the open the update.rpf new and import the last exported files in the new 1.27 Update.rpf and save it end replace it in your usdir folder and have fun enjoy
