So Im Trying To Make My Own GSC Menu But Every Menu Base Either Freeze Or Gives Me A Bo2 Script Error About Sum Script ****. Im Trying To Find Out Why. I Also Tried Starting A Menu From Scratch And It Still Freeze

Probably because you don't know what you're doing. Most menu bases should work just fine. What kind of script error? You're probably missing scripts somewhere. If it says something about Paramaters, that doesn't matter. Ignore it. You're most likely missing scripts. So look back and make sure you aren't missing one.
