New to modding

Hello, I use to mod all the time on xbox 360 with an rgh. I now recently switched over to pc. I'm completely new to this and im not sure where to get started.
If anyone could introduce me on how to mod bo2 multiplayer or zombies without the risk of a vac ban that would be nice. If their is a risk of ban then do u know how I can get the game cheaper to still play even after the ban.

If you want to be as safe as possible, dont mod at all. If you are willing to take the risk then mod. to reduce the chances of it happening dont use a menu online. If you're gonna use offhost mods, dont make it obvious. If you get banned and want cheap keys, goto cdkeys or g2a.
