Open Mod menu:

Xbox: LT + Melee (Default)
Playstation: L2 + R3 (Default)
PC: ADS + Melee (Default)

If you have changed your loadoat use, ADS + Melee
ADS = Aim Down sight (For the newbies)
Melee = Knife Button (For the newbies)

Keybinds Mod Menu

Xbox: Crouch + DPAD (Default)
Playstation: Crouch + DPAD (Default)
PC: Crouch + Number (Default)

yes it is only compiled for pc

broooo yes mine does when i play public matches it black screens on zombies and mp idk what im doing wrong i do the steps right but still crashes like a black screen im on steam using gcs studio or wtv its called
