Question Custom zombies don't load black ops 3

number 1: it can read the folder (root/usermaps/zm_nacht_der_untoten_bo3/zone/ snd and other files)
so far so good

then for a short period of time it shows me this and goes back to normal...

but then we arrive at the big problem which is it shows me this screen for literally 10 minutes straight then says "error: null" and kicks me to the main menu (no screenshot because i didn't have the patience)

FYI the game is updated as you can see in the screenshot to version 88.0.0.0.0

scratch, that, i can't play freeruns or vanilla zombie maps either
edit: only campaign works
