yeah of course. only way to get unlock all on pc is through modded servers

to load it through the mods folder you have to create a folder called "mods" in the root of your bo1 folder if you don't have it already. Then in the mods folder create another folder called "mp_gsc.cty" and in that folder copy the whole "maps" folder you downloaded from my github (sources.zip)

Thanks! Shouldn't matter that you are on PC but the Account menu is not visible if more than 1 player (yourself) is in the game, as for some reason the stats don't stick correctly (at least on PS3)

I don't know for sure but you can try that: put the .ff in a folder called "zm_[yourModName]" and put this folder in the black ops mods folder and try loading it.
