Had the same question and I have tried everything but all in vein. I have come to the conclusion that as long as nobody modifies the game to enable custom zombie maps with coop mode, there is no way to play a custom zombies map with friends.

I am currently playing the custom map perish for bo1 . But in order to play it, you need to launch it from a different launcher. (b0_mods.bat) Is there a way to play with my friends through bggamer launcher and the custom map simultaneously?

i have a friend whos willing to play and i think you will only need to create a party for two players in evolve and thats it.
