and also, if that still doesnt work, what you have to do is go to your custom map and find workshop.json then copy the folder name then rename the custom folder map should start with zm not number id like 1999930. you have to do this with all the maps you are trying to download to fix fastline...
To fix that create a zone folder in the custom map folder of yours in usermaps, then move all the files in the folder including the snd folder in the zone folder after that it should work. i had the same problem, same version as you and everything.
