Figured it out:
1. Get a copy of a "zm_statstable.csv" file from online
2. In 3rd column, change each occurrence of "bubblegum_consumable" to "bubblegum".
3. For all gobblegum rows, change the 17th column to 0 (if it's 1, 2, or 3).
4. Place this file in gamedata/stats/zm within mod folder

How do I guarantee certain perk machine spawns in a mod? For example, making the perk under the snow pile in The Giant will always be Stamin-Up, or making the moon perk at area 51 always start off as Juggernog.
