First of all i only show u guys what is Needed to Jailbreak and what u have to set up to do this. I also not show where u have to put the e3 flasher and how u install it there are enough YT tutorials

First of all :
A Playstation who can be Downgraded to 3.55
If u can downgrade your playstation 3 u need a E3 Nor Flasher (only NOR consoles) tools to open your playstation and maybe you have to refresh your paste on the cores (idk the englisch word) also u need a e3 card reader or a Micro SD** 2GB > 4GB and formate it to FAT32.
After u have Set up your E3 Flasher and have done a BackUp (test your back up if its ok) u need a 3.55 Downgrade file.
after your downgrade u go and enable QA FLAG.
Now u go and take the CEX 4.78 Jailbreak and install it the same way like u have done with 3.55 (expect of QA FLAG)
after all of this u only need to install the last pkg's
- CCAPI 2.70 rev2
- multiMan 4.78
- Rebug Tool box go in and activate Cobra, Webman and the Rebug Mode.
- psnPatch (to play online and that your jailbreak dont get detected)
- webman mod
- black box ftp if u want to mod in mw2
- USB stick in FAT32 to upload the jailbreak and pkgs
after u have all of them installed u can go and mod in cod, gta whatever u want
