Release Cobra v1 (w/ v1.1 + v1.2 *Edited version* w/ Original version)

I Edited a mod menu called Cobra v1 because I wanted to get into modding and I only started trying to mod, I never even touched a GSC file before or (.ff), but I think even though I only got to add 1 extra menu myself is alright, because I didn't watch any videos, I kept testing and retracing my footsteps as I failed on and on, I continued to analyse the other code around me to get an idea of what I need to do.

Changes
Extra Pre-set Clan tag (HF For Huey Freeman)
Huey's/Sasuke's Menu (1 Function atm *Unlimited Sprint Toggle*)
Changes to text (Still has original owners/creators credits in)
