I just copied and replaced the files that came in the zip in one of the game folders. You'll know you did it right when a splash screen comes up after entering a game of zombies. As always, controls are "aim + knife" to run the menu, "aim/shoot" to scroll up/down, F to select and melee to go back one page.

Can I leave some feedback? A menu option to manipulate zombie health would be greatly appreciated, even if its just round-based.
