Question Force host after a vac ban?

Just wondering if anyone knows how to force host properly I have an open NAT and cant figure out how to forward the port 29860 (or whatever its called) to see if it works, after looking on some forums it seems you can't force host with a vac ban unless you spoof a lobby ID. Just wondering if anyone can help me out.

Any help is appreciated cheers.
