Infinity Loader is free, and is probably the most supported. World at War, Black Ops 1, and Black Ops 2 are free to use.

Yes, but it has loads of bug with bo1, I alredy tried it.

Sounds more likely to be your code, I rewrote Physics N Flex for BO1 with IL, and it works fine. In fact, everything i've used worked fine.
