Looking for Developers of WebBased RTM Tool

Hey Everyone.
I am currently working on one of the largest and most sophisticated WebBased real time modding programs for the PlayStation 3 (intended to mod Modern Warfare 3 and Black Ops 2).

I'm looking for both C# (forms) and PHP (design, SQL integration) to work with me on the creation of this product.
Below is what we want done:

• Better Security
• Support Tickets
• Some Type of Payment Processing (for below)
• Advertisements (can be removed for $0.99)
• The actually GUI design for the webpage (the 'tool')
• Backend coding for the client side tool

What I've done so far:

• 
  
• If Login, Register (encrypt passwords)
• Ban accounts
• ShoutBox (supports 15 messages, this can be edited)
• Unban accounts
• Change Password
• Change Theme (choose from different colours for the site)
• Admin Panel:
• Edit user accounts
• Make an account
• Ban/Unban accounts
• Put site in dev mode (only admins can view the site, everyone else gets an error page)
• Enable/Disable ShoutBox

I've had a personal one for a while, gave up on WebRTM after cedric released his.
