Question MW2 PC Error "Steam connect failed"

So for some reason i have this error coming up when i click play online! i am vacced yes as steam have removed the proper vac thing from the game apparently but im wondering have the properly VACCED me or what? please help searched everywhere and cant find a solution!

Steam never remove VAC BAN.

3788 unban for 2806379 banned

Most of them were from when Mw2 incorrectly banned alot of players.

no but i was still able to play mw2 after the VAC! it was like a month later when i just started getting this error
