Need Help with VPN on PS3 ( Willing to pay)

I have tried sooooo many things and im pretty much desperate for help with connecting my vpn to my ps3. I use the hotspot method where i share my vpn with my hotspot.

I go onto the ps3 and go through custom and once thats done i test my connection. Obtain IP Address Succeed's, Internet Connection Succeed's, PSN Fails... I've tried singing into PSN with my home connection and it works every single time. As soon as i use my vpn and try to sign in i get the error code 80710016.

Honestly, if anyone can actually help me get this working i will reward you with money.

If you're wondering why it says unplugged its because i don't have my ps3 on. Normally it won't say that and i'd have 1 device connected on the hotspot.
