Hello, I will show you this simple tutorial on how you can change your tools damage output so you can make one hit break items.
First, go to your 7 Days to Die directory. (It's normally: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\7 Days To Die\Data\Config)
Secondly, once you are in the folder above. Go to the Items.XML file and navigate until you find Item ID 122, also known as the Iron Hoe.
Tip: You can also use CTRL + H or CTRL + F on your Text Editor to find text, search for 'hoeIron'.
Once you find the Hoe, scroll until you find
DamageBonus.head
DamageBonus.earth
DamageBonus.glass
DamageBonus.stone
DamageBonus.metal
change the value to 5000 on all of them.
Scroll down until you find the Attributes and change the BlockDamage to 5000, 5000.
If you mess your Items.XML file up, download the default one from my thread here.
