Question Call of Duty Black Ops 3 Mod Tool for PC?

Hi,

Just a quick one,
Sorry for being inactive for so long, I've been busy working on my career, which was joining the Military as a Royal Marines Commando.

However, that's not why I'n here,
Would it be possible to create a mod tool that would be similar to a Tool used by people on PS3 using a Jailbreak etc for real time mods, and just one more...

Is Black Ops 3 even popular anymore? Would it be beneficial to do this now?

yes it is possible but you would only be able to edit specific parts of memory and honestly that is boring

The game is barely active MP-wise except for TDM ofc.

It would've been for both Mulitplayer and Zombies, however it's not a very active game anymore so I'm just going to leave it.
