Do we have to re-do the modtools everytime we make a change to the menu?

okay. I am having trouble with the program. I keep getting the error - http://i.imgur.com/kxvDwKb.png But I added a PC folder that is a maps\mp\gametypes folder with the gsc in the gametypes folder. but it's not working

copy the data folder and replace it with the one in your Black Ops 2 directory. Just copy and replace
