Releasing one this weekend. There are animations. option counter (If there is 14 options, it shows 1 14, if you are on option 2, it shows 2 14. also you can move the menu left and right. Look out for it here and a video on my YT channel CMT Frosty

Just use the AIO menu base by xTUL since its stable and uses sharks base so its easy to understand.

There is no best menu base, it is all your opinion
I like the radiant base though
