EDIT: Thanks for your report. I was able to fix the error.
FOLLOW THIS TUTORIAL TO FIX THE ISSUE:

1. Create a folder called 'zone' in the map folder, for nuketown it is: Call of Duty Black Ops III\usermaps\mp_nuketown\zone
2. Put all files from the mp_nuketown folder into this folder.
3. It need to look like this:
   
   
   
   
   ->
   
   

4. rename the file to zm_xxxx xxxx = mapname

i used to have this issue with a lot of maps and wondered why it don't work turns out there was no zone folder in the map file
