Black Ops 3 Steam Issue - BO3 Launcher Removed

So I had to reinstall BO3 on steam and I didn't bother installing the mod tools until now and after they were installed a tried running BO3 and it said "missing executable" and I noticed many of the files have been removed any idea? I don't really want to install this game again.

Never heard from this problem. :smile: I think you need to reinstall the game. :confused:
