Hi I found an IW cheat that works with Cheat Engine.
The cheat works in campgine, multiplayer, zombie.

If anyone is still here looking, or new to cheat engine

1: download the mod
2: launch cheat engine though the file downloaded
3: After cheat engine is up click the blinking tab at the top right of cheat engine, click IW on the list.
after you do that, you can play with the scripts in the section right below.

It does indeed work very well.

everytime i click a mod it makes that little windows beep sound but i have the menu up and everything bro what do i do i clikc the icons and a x doesnt show
