Hi, I'm Kira, it's nice to meet you all! I'm happy to see there are still some websites actively supporting BO1 modding! I got a big post to make today, a preview for a new cross-compatible mod I built. My goal is to make a mod CORE (Centre for Operations and Resource Execution) entirely out of .cfg files. Of course, this has it's limitations but by editing custom DVARs I can trigger code launched by other less cross-compatible methods to enable modifications beyond the scope of a .cfg mod. Having a .cfg CORE means my mod is 100% cross-compatible! My mod supports a plugin section too! Spanning over 45,000 .cfg files, this is like no .cfg mod ever seen before, and I look forward to chatting with you all about BO1 scripting.
