Just a question, but you have copied and pasted the crack files in the crack folder, right?

Formatting the pc is likely to erase some drivers, install the drivers again.

i installed Microsoft .net Frimeworks 4.5 Direct x 11 Nvidia PhysX Open AL XNA Framework Redistributable 4.0 Microsoft visual C++ 2015 32 bits /64 bits
but it didnt work

i will restore my pc to windows 7 and try it if it didnt work i will upgrade it to win 10

No ones going to upload it for you, just torrent it regardless its going to use the same amount of data since you said you're on a data plan or something...
