What exactly do you mean by activate the menu? Do you mean how to open it? If yes, here you go:
Q: What are the controls for the menu?
A: Open the menu: click the right mouse (aim down sights) and "V" (melee).
Shoot/ADS to scroll through the menu.
"F" to select/activate something.
"V"/melee to go back or close the menu.

Das heißt 'Zielen'. You need to aim down sights and hold it and press knife.

I believe that menu has a print welcome message, if you don't see a welcome message then the mod hasn't loaded correctly.

ok i think i must rename this 2 Little Things ( en_mp_mod.ff and mp_mod.ff) What Name can I give them?

You need to change the en_mp_mod.ff to ge_mp_mod.ff.
