Answered How to increase FPS in Fallout 4?

Hello,i recently bought a new lap top in order so I could play Fallout 4.
My specs are:
Intel core i3 6060 CPU 2.00ghz
Intel hd 520
RAM 4gb ddr4
Windows 10

It runs,but it only goes with mostly 10 fps which is pretty much unplayable.
Please help me if there is a solution to decrease lag.

That really helped,thank you. Now it runs smoothly outside of Boston area,from Lexington i still get about 10 fps,is there a fix for this as well?
