I'm new to this and cant figure it out.

I'm running BO2 through steam tyring to use the GSC studio to install this menu: Release - Black Ops 2 Muliplayer VMT GSC Mod Menu by CabCon | CabConModding

Can someone tell me how to do this lol?

ah i figured it out, how do I open the menu? like the thing that shows all the mods
