Well not exactly. I am trying to do it as fast as I can but this is a Hobby Project but I'll do my best to hit everyone with a BETA when I'm happy with its stability

Possibly Invisibility? What about Spoof HWID? uhhhhhhh unbreakable pavelow, gravity lobby, fast speed lobby, slow mo lobby, headshot aimbot, Nuke, End Game, invisible name, change other players names in lobby or in game, Force Host Migration to you ingame, Built in VAC Bypass? Freeze Players, Take away players guns, Low hp on all players, No clip, Teleport, Move player to different team, Kill teammates, ingame screen text popups from host, left handed guns, Also in my experience of Steam MW2 Once I join a lobby the host is able to just shut down my game which sucks so I was wondering If theres a way to undo that cuz I cant join any matches XD.

some of those features are already going through the testing process to make them stable, I've not heard of what ever has stopped you from joining matches, the only thing I remember about something stopping people joining matches was a long time ago and its the -XP derank to set them to below rank 1 but that was on Jtag back in the day.
I've made something similar in the way that you can give a player -XP but it won't stop them joining other games it will just make them have to earn that XP before getting to lvl 2
but your ideas are very useful, this is going to take me a while so all of these features might not be available in the BETA but maybe in full release

Just standard "Test Clients" I think they are called, the ones that just kinda shoot randomly etc?

Actually, it'd be nice to see a mod menu with full AI bots. Ones that are actually challenging and maybe have various degrees of difficulty.

I'm not sure I would be able to do that, due to the need to having to actually develop the AI ( they need paths and behaviors etc)

Yeah I am but I wont release a menu thats half finished or even slightly buggy, I have a lot of functions in place with them working with about 80% stability, so with getting that to 100% and working a job, its a hobby so I can't sink all my time into it, I'll do my best to get it released within the year

Hi, I have one requested feature I've been curious for, it would be great if you could implement it if possible.
is it possible to add a create a class section? so you can have two attachments on your weapons without the requirement of bling pro. on IW4x you can have 15 class slots and custom weapons so I don't know if it's possible to add support for that as well?
you could also add the ability to have 3 weapons and 4 perks, i know this was a thing on pc and console mw2 they would simply replace the tactical and grenade spot. no clue if they would have patched this but I'm sure IW4x is running the unpatched version.
This maybe a lot to ask for but just food for thought, Thanks.
