Im Making A New Zombie Mod Menu (Demon V5). Should I Add A 2nd Mod Menu That Would Be A Separate Button Code To Open? Of Course It Would Just Be For Fun!

No... Why would I want 2 mod menus, both just being clones of each other?

Do something useful and learn to make a SPRX/C++ RTM menu. Then use memory functions and GSC functions in 2 menus.

Well yes, but actually no. i was going to use a diffrent menu, not a clone. but you would want it just because its something new, and hasn't
really been done for bo2 b4.

A second mod menu would be kinda pointless. If you really wanted to do that, what you could do is go a different route that some other people have done and instead of putting a forge or players menu in the actual menu, you could create a separate button combination that opens the forge menu. If you need a reference for what I mean, take a look at Elasticity for example.
