Outdated GSC Studio Not Opening

GSC Studio just decided it didn't want to open and now whenever I try and open GSC Studio nothing happens, it was fine one minute next it wasn't any ideas?

do you have netframework 4.5 installed? if not download that and install it if that doesnt work uninstall gsc studio and get the latest version and try again
