because it runs with your host, and on bo1 you never can get host, because it just gave servers so.. :/

when ever i use your mod menu i cant ever see anything
like my whole map is missing and i can see through stuff?

I launched the mod using the mods folder and it just closes my game. how to fix? using the last version of the RepzOps

mhm, start your black ops 1 as admin in the common folder. Also look into the Mod Menu folder for the files.
