So basically put the mods in

%AppData% Local> Activision > COD WaW> Mods (if nothing there, create one)

Do you still need to put this on the local file mods folder or just the Appdata is fine?

Also what are the controls to opening, moving, selecting, back and closing?

Hi @CabCon I have tried this menu and it is great, better than others, thank you.
But I have a problem, I give myself maximum prestige, maximum level, I unlock all, all challenges, attachments, cammo, etc.
But after a while I finish the game and go outside and I don't have anything unlocked, I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
