This is a remake base of EnCoReV13 menu from Black Ops 3 by Cabcon some of the things in the menu were changed to my liking such as the menu opening effects and the position of the text and the scrollbar.

Should add some credits but yeah its nice that you can actually do something without releasing it unlike all of the other people who edit bases.. goodjob.

think changing the scroll to shift the text up past the title header would look cool + infinite scroll... badass!!
