Question Gta Install fail

Hey guys i have a problem.
I have a jailbroken ps3 on dex and every time i try to install GTA V it says i need to download some uptades. I click on O,K and after loading a few*procent*my ps3 crashes and there are running black and white strips*through my*monitor. Sometimes i can shut my ps3 off with the button some times i need to plug it off.*
Does anyone of u know hof to fix it ?*

First try to update it from the xmb


if it keeps doing it then
try getting to recovery mode

1. Turn off your PS3.

2. Hold down the power button and wait for your PS3 to turn on and off.

3. Once it has turned off, hold the power button until you hear 2 beeps.

4. When you hear the 2 beeps let go of the power button.

5. Plug in your controller and press the PS button.

6. The Recovery menu should be on your screen now!

7. Try these too

o Restore File System:
+ Checks for corrupt/missing system files.

o Rebuild Database:
+ Rebuilds the OS for the PLAYSTATION®3.
