Can somebody give me a download link for this SPECIFIC base, not similar ones, i want this one in particular, i realized it probably isn't publicly released but clearly people have it, so hopefully someone can share it around, thanks.

Nah I'm not a fan of this base it's shark base edited with small features and this isn't realeased but you can very easy remake it!

If he would've released his multiplayer menu, it would've been big. The design is basically the same, but I love the side scrolling.

Not EXACTLY what I was looking for but I guess that's as close as I could get to it without having to mess with hud's, thanks, only really after the infomation box at the bottom which shows a description of the selected option, guess alot of people think "do that yourself its simple", sadly I've never been good with hud's, so that wont be happening lol.

If you can't do huds, then I wouldn't expect you to be good with making a menu. Anyway... Yes, this is the closest you will get to what you requested.

Well considering I just spent the past few hours messing around with the HUD's of radiant I wouldn't say I'm not good with making a menu, if you're thinking i'm like the rest of these kids posting their C&P'd so said "menus" but for the past 2 years I've been more into coding functions, gamemodes, etc.
If you're wondering where's my work at, majority of it is still on my old laptop, this account clearly isn't my primary either, some of my work has been posted around & If I get around to finishing this project you'll see how wrong your expectations are.

All I'm saying is, I've done it.
It's better than what i had in mind because i did it myself, therefore your "statement" is a false allegation & side note, I never stated that I was making a "mod menu", I said it's a project, I can assure you, I know what I'm doing. Just wait until I release it if I do.

I didn't make an allegation. "I'm really not bothered, just gave out what I thought." So leaving it there would be best. Sure its a project, but you're asking for a base of a mod menu, therefore you're making a mod menu.

My bad for not being specific, don't know how you'd explain it, i'm not making one of those"mod menu's" with "mods"and nothing else to it, it was more of a store but havent bothered with it, been busy, my apologies anyways b0ss
