Release No Sniper Bolt [DSR] [Ballista] BO2/GSC

Hey guys,
releasing my very simple No Bolt on Sniper code!
It currently doesnt have an off function due to me having literally two minutes before I need to go,
but here it is. You can VERY easily make an off function by using self endon, else and self notify.
