Answered Show Text & Shader Depending on Submenu + Option Selected

I need some help making this!

So here's my menu:

SubMenu 1:
Option 1
Option 2
Option 3
SubMenu 2:
Option 1
Option 2
Option 3


In SubMenu 1, I want some text to appear, so it looks like this
Option 1 On/Off
Option 2 On/Off
Option 3 On/Off

and In SubMenu 2 I want a shader and text to appear like this
Option 1 [Player Name: X]
Option 2 [Weapon: XXXXX]
Option 3 [Stance: XXXXXX]
[Blah Blah :XXXX]

^ Of course, this being a players menu.

Notice how in SubMenu 2, the text from SubMenu 1 doesnt appear and vice versa.

This will work but its a crappy way to do it ahha, you could do it alot better but meh w/e.
