Question SignTool.exe missing

Help when I try to publish any tool on Visual Studios I get "SignTool.exe could not be found"! If you know how to solve this please help me! -Ways

If you don't mind me asking, why are you publishing it? If you're planning on releasing it on a website, etc... just use build.

But the thing is that when I test the program its completely fine no errors but when I publish it, it has the error.
