No, you have to use a .DLL injector to inject the .DLL file into the game process.

May be there are some functions was detectived bye the vac，my friend testd the AC130 bullet、jump higher、red box、kill the player,set xp that night，I also used AC130 bullet、jump higher、set xp in testing the menu,and a couple of months pasted，I still OK, we both used

v3.7.3 to inject the .dll，so I think may be the problem most likely in the "red box" or "kill the player".
