You have to use the Infinity Loader option to do the unlocking stuff. (However I'm not sure if it's working with the latest version)

Hello CabCon, I am having this same problem on Steam, I cannot maintain prestige or unlocks with any mod menu, I am talking about waw and bo1. My question is why does this happen in waw and bo1 but it doesn't happen in other PC games (cod)?

The mod menu uses the Black Ops 1 "mods" folder feature. This feature allows you to inject code into the game but disables all progress (for obvious cheating and manipulation prevention). You can enjoy using the mod menu without affecting your regular online game. However, to modify your normal game, you must inject the menu without using the "mods" folder solution. One tool that does this is Infinity Loader.
