The are using commands from these libraries to inject the file into the mw2 process.
Trust me it is no virus, I never would do that. Also If you don't trust me (which I really don't like) this version have no injector.

It's a normal GSC Menu, I just tried it with the Offline version. So I don't know.... But I think steam patched the gsc stuff online.
