You need to put it into your mods folder and load it via the mods category in your main menu.

how to instal pls ?

1. Go into your Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare folder, where the game is placed.
2. Create a folder called "Mods" inside this your Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare folder.
3. Put the folder from the downloaded file into this folder (Mods folder)
4. Start the game and select the mod from the Mods menu!
5. Start a server and have fun!

You can use any gamemode, I recommend to use free for all or tdm.
