It's not possible to use in public matches since Modern Warfare has servers. You need to be the host for using this online. On server you can't get the host. However you can host a own server.

This one is only for private play. However there are menus you can use online and you can port almost all mods to use online. But I don't know exactly how to do that. I only use them private
