No, only for PC. But there are no mods or cheats(except ingame)for any game on ps4 or a jailbreak for the console, also no save game Editors or anything you can mod on ps4 console.

I had a mod menu before but i deleted my black ops 3. I downloaded the mod and places in in the mods folder. But when I start a zombies map i dont get the message in de left bottom corner that I can activate the mod menu. I changed my commends developer 2 but it still doesn't work. Any idea what i can do to fix it? Btw love all the mode you create

Yes, you can give the menu via the 'Client Menu'.

i dont have a gaming pc yet, so i havent played with the menu until yet, but i know the menu can be manually Change the Position on Screen so if it have the issue you can gladly fix it on every game start for yourself.
